Correct me if I'm wrong, but quanta would simply be the latin plural of quantum.  Doesn't quantum mean a quantity, so quanta would be quantities?  Quantities of what, though, would be the question.  Or maybe he's talking about using the Australian airlines to move things about?

What is "quanta-technology??"  Is it transmission of data by quantum entanglement? Maybe if you knew what it was you were talking about...

Some explanation:

Quanta is quanta but the technology can be made different.
Believe it's hard to detect quanta and even harder to
trace any messages when probably encrypted.

But some of our most skillful scientist can perhaps help.

Quanta is as said most environmental healthy to work with.
Seen against high energetic radio waves which can damage
biological systems.

Even our cellular phones are highly unhealthy seen relatively
the quanta low energies.

How these quanta low energies can be detected is not so
impossible as it seem when having the physics in range.

PS.
Don't ask what quanta IS, it's like asking what air, water, soil
and light is. It's there for sure - an educated scientist will know.

But air, water, soil and light can be defined! If you can't or won't
provide a defination of quanta then it must be a figment of your
imagination!
For example water is made up of hydrogen and oxygen in certain
proportions with a lot of other checmicals thrown as either
stabilizers or pollutants.
Quanta is.......?
