If you cannot define the technology then how in the heck can we search
for it?
Oh I know, we just search for EVERYTHING!! We ALREADY are searching
for things, the best place we know how with our current technology and
money can think of! Is it the ONLY place to look, ABSOLUTELY NOT! But
until you can define what a QT is then we cannot search for it!
YES we ARE searching for planets with atmospheres, we are searching
for ALL planets PERIOD!!! To that end will come planets that can
support life.
