Have tried BOINC on SETI but am having some doubts that it
does not use my Hyper Threading fully as SETI Driver does?

If you have your preferences set to use two CPUs, BOINC will process two workunits at a time. If I remember correctly, it only processed one workunit when first set up. After the first workunit was completed it started processing two at a time. It's been awhile since I first started BOINC.
