Not sure what did it but I had 2 copies of guardDog.exe running in task
manager....one was smaller than the other so killed the small one ;) and I
added the / to the url addy and looks like it is working:

So thanks again everybody and if I have any more problems I know were to
come for help......not those lame seti message boards where all they care
about is checking your files to see how many units you have crunched and if
none they add you to their plonk file and make a big deal out of
it.......that kinda hurt my fellings......but I always knew usenet groups is
were it's at <G>
