Looks like the E@H people are going through their own startup curve.
(E@H use their own servers. These are different servers to the s@h
servers at Berkeley.)

Didn't see servers in your earlier post.  The main boinc client for S@H,
E@H, and others has gone from 4.13 to 4.19 is just the past few weeks. 
There are issues that haven't been addressed yet that effect S@H.  For
example, if you are running multiple projects on a single computer the main
boinc client doesn't track the cache versus deadline for the projects.  The
result is wu's, including S@H, get churned unnecessarily.  This is on the
books to be addressed in the future.  Others will undoubtedly will show up.
