But the trouble is they are on a minimalist budget!

Something that has also pissed me off since V2.0 is that there is no graph of DOPPLER DRIFT RATE.

Nor is there a rotating counter for:
Gaussians
Triplets
etc...

As far a way to raise revenue, a SETI @ HOME II program -- that does much more in depth looking at already processed work units is overdue. A fee of 12 - 50 USD per year is probably about right for this kind of venture.

Said S@H_2 should allow for process 16 work units at a time [where the work units have the same exact time stamp] so that 16 users could process work unit one time block (256 bands x 339 k) at the same time.

It would be nice if S@H & proposed V2 would give more detail as to what [visible from earth] stars are near the sample point in the work unit. A built in database of 365 stars would probably suffice.
