PS - 4.13 seems to be working fine.  Any great benefit to 4.19?

BOINC is the multi-project controller, and must be updated manually. Stop 
4.13 & then run the update. This will correct a few bugs in the 
multi-project controls.

If there is an update to the SETI calc program, BOINC will then do the 
auto-update.
