Yes, especially if you have checked Set Affinity.

Correct.  Lets make this simple.  Stop both instances.  Set the numbered WUs
in one instance to be 1, 2, 3, 4 (based on your cache size of 4).  Set the
numbered WUs in the other instance to be 11, 12, 13, 14.  Now move the WUs
11, 12, 13, 14 to the SETI Driver folder with WUs 1, 2, 3, 4.  You should
have a SETI Driver folder with WUs 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, 12, 13, 14.  Delete the
other SETI Driver folder.  Start the remaining SETI Driver.  SETI Driver
will set your cache size to 8 (If you look at the numbered WU folders,
you'll see that they have been renumbered to be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) and
then set your cache size to 5.  As WUs complete and results returned, SETI
Driver will renumber to bring the total number of WUs down to 5.

I think i have more questions, but I will stop here until i have the
preceeding cleared up !
