We will restart the database migration to the new hardware Monday, January
7, at 18:00 UT. The outage will be several hours long. Currently, workunit
production is falling behind demand. The splitters themselves are able to
keep up but are not able to insert work fast enough because of competition
for database access. 

  Restarting in January ;)
