I am getting:

BOINC GUI Error
Failed to cleanup the Windows Sockets Interface

So what does that mean and do I need to do anything......oh and if I
do how
do I do it?

Thanks!
Donna

This is the usual result from Windows trying to start BOINC twice at
bootup - you probably have two copies of the BOINC icon in two
different startup folders, ie. the 'all users' account and your own
account - have a look in Windows Explorer / C:\Documents & Settings \
All Users \ Start Menu \ Programs \ Startup and the same place under
your own account name - the BOINC icon should only be in one startup
folder but one version of the BOINC installer apparently puts them in
both...

Ok just checked and only one copy in All Users......it was a good tip
though!

Thanks
Donna
