I have been noticing errors for " client and downloads " etc. for
myself and others on our team and am thinking maybe it " is "
because we don't have the latest version of boinc installed and
there doesn't seem to be any server problems listed and I have
also read that we should all be using it, it being 4.19.
My question is; can you install right over 4.13 without loosing
work in progress? If not, how do you save work in progress to
transfer to the new
4.19 after you uninstall 4.13?
Thanks.
I keep getting this in my logs:

Yeah it looks like all of my todays work is for not. It ends up
being client error or downloading problem I guess I will just have
to trash what I have and uninstall / reinstall unless somebody
tells me different real quick. <g>
Well I would wait...it worked before.....you could setup another
account<G>
My account is ok and won't be affected by upgrading. I just don't
want the o'l puter wasting energy is all and of course the
un-crunched units I have will just show up missing until they send
them out again. No big deal I guess.
Einstein@home may be open to new testers off and on this week, just
keep going back and retrying if interested. They require 4.19. If
you run out of S@H wu's boinc will switch over to E@H and run it full
time. Just an idea if you want to keep crunching on something useful.
Thanks for the tip. I have been thinking about the einstein project.
