SetiGate downloads and holds a bunch of workunits for later
processing by the Seti@home client and stores the results
for later upload to Berleley.
It is intended for dial-up users who don't want to connect
to the Internet for every workunit and broadband users who
don't wish to leave the computer connected when they are
away from it. It is not applicable to Boinc.
