Has anyone else experienced that the OpenVMS client doesn't obey the
"-stop_after_xfer" and "-stop_after_process" parameters? I'm using
version 3.03, for 3.08 can't be downloaded from here (... not found).

I'd like to run the client on a machine not connected to the internet
permanently, and I need to see when processing ends to start and cut
an internet connection manually.
