Arecibo cannot traverse 128 degrees in the time of a WU, obviously the
data is not right. The RA values calculate to 146.28 or 213.72 degrees
depending on whether you assume east or west motion, but either is a
physical impossibility. Clearly, they should have discarded this WU
and its 255 siblings for the same time period rather than sending them
out for us to process.
