If it helps you, I noticed that throughput improved greatly
yesterday at 6pm EST, when people on the right coast went home from
work.

PST is offset 8 hours from UTC and EST is offset 5 hours from UTC.

Well after close to 6 years, I'm about ready to quit SETI.  This is
