If you transfer the units from computer to computer you will get no
credit for them. Each unit is tied to a specific computer and if
another crunchs it, even if the original returns it, no credit will be
issued. A future release of the Boinc software is being written/tested
to allow local caching of units and any machine crunching, but not
yet.
