Can BOINC general preferences be set via another project? Like a whole lot 
of participants I've run out of SETI wu's. Running another project only 
allocates 50% of resources when the other 50% (SETI) is idle.

There seem to be so many references on the www to BOINC & projects, & so few 
addresses & links to get to them. Perhaps I'm looking in all the wrong 
places.
