That is what I would do.
Do Berkeley have an official position - or timescale - on this? If they do
pull classic, it will leave thousands of screen saver people wondering what
happened.

They have said they will try and give a 1 month warning but have not
said when that warning starts. They have missed all previous time
targets. Now that the UPS situation is fixed, I would guess that as
soon as the power situation is figured out, it won't be long. They
have been in the planning stages for awhile.
