I have a computer that is currently dedicated to BOINC projects, currently
50/50 climate prediction/SETI.
At this time the SETI client can not contact a scheduler (my other pc
can).
As I have 60 wu's waiting to upload I'd prefer not to reset/detach the
project. Is there any other way to jump start it again?
Your not the only one. Just wait them out.

That was my knee jerk reaction 3 days ago. However I'm still waiting for
that pc to speak to a scheduler but this one is quite happily chatting to a
scheduler as required.
In the mean time the stalled pc uses 2 cpu's via hyperthreading. With the
50/50 split each project uses one processor each.
Climate Prediction is quite happily crunching away.
SETI is out of wu's & is dedicated to keeping the processor warm.
