The pot of money is not infinite.
No, and that's why you need someone with half a brain to run the science
parts. Deciding to make the money unavailable without eguard to the
impact is not the way to do good science. Add in the hubble shut down
and whatever else is going to fall out and maybe the silent majority will
again be heard.
