I have a computer that is currently dedicated to BOINC projects, currently 
50/50 climate prediction/SETI.
At this time the SETI client can not contact a scheduler (my other pc can). 
As I have 60 wu's waiting to upload I'd prefer not to reset/detach the 
project. Is there any other way to jump start it again?
