What would "winnt" be for?  BTW, this is kind of moot.  That version of 
the project will be shuttered in short order.  Move to BOINC.

Because BOINC is buggy. I hated it right after it started calling out on it's
own. Once again DIALUP aren't worth considering as useful.
I doubt that seti will care one way or the other how they get results returned
to them. Meaning the data files will most likely remain in the same format, and
how to pick up and return the results will also.

Then there's the thing where BOINC doesn't have any sort of alert system that I
could find to even REQUEST access to call out, and the other option DISABLE web
access.. And that toggle only works as long as you've turned it off, once you
reboot it forgets all about it being disabled.
