I think the problem relates to the internet pipe out of Berkeley via
Cogent. That is why the data server shows green (now red to take account
of the Cogent problem).

When the Cogent service is "problem solved and restored", the Data
Server will still show red. This will be down to everyone trying to u/l
WUs and d/l new ones to crunch. This will take many hours to clear from
the time the pipe is fully restored.
