I was going to ask if seti was working for anyone. I haven't seen diddly for
over a week, and what I'd seen at the site yesterday, makes me think I won't
see anything till the 1st of the month. When I switched over I figured I'd
cache 10 days worth, picked up a slew of stuff, and then everything went south.

The 10 days of cache disappeared, climate's taken over the entire machine, what
it does send back, says it failed. Einstein even though it's set to 33% is
paused 24/7 while climate is working on it's single file. And so far climates
reported nothing but failures also. No credit... no nothing..

seti tries to connect, but the log is also full of failures about seti..
Well let's see...you posted at 9:45 AM and here it is 11:45PMEST and
the site is up and working fine. Seems you jumped too soon my friend.
ET will NOT be found in a day, if so we would have found him/her/it/??
a long time ago. The search is on, it is a marathon, not a sprint.

And just how long would you suggest is a GOOD length of time to sit staring at
ERRORS ?
I think a week is more than patient to wait to ask if it's just on my end.

Of the 3 things I'm running all 3 had crapped out.

Welll...I have 16 machines and NONE of them "crapped out"! My cache is
set at 1 day and my machines are STILL crunching!!!!! How do I do
it...I signed up for Einstein, so when Seti goes down, I CRUNCH ON!!!
You can complain all you;d like but Berkeley themselves suggested
SEVERAL times we users sign up for other projects because they
acknowledge popularity is creating problems for them.
Oh and those 16 are just the Boinc machines, I have several others
still crunching for Classic. They are still crunching too!
