Don't worry, this is normal for SetiGate. The WU completes before the next look-see by SetiGate and gets swapped for a new one.

The way SetiGate works, you have to be lucky for it to see the 100% complete status. This is no problem and is just a 'feature' of the way SetiGate monitors progress.
