Sounds like the old rounding error is getting you. It is that the
machine can only talk to the workunit while it is actually running,
after it is running it is done. So if the last time it talks to it is
at 99%, then that is where it says it ends, if it were at 98% then
that is what it would report. The unit IS finishing.
