Yes, and it is part of the design. Don't worry, your crunching is just
as valuable.
Those with fast machines take their chances as to whether a slower
machine compares one of their WUs. The 2 week deadline ensures that the
credits awarded shouldn't be more than just a few weeks behind the
crunching.
