Okay, I'm stupid.  I'm also pressed for time, and I'm having a bit of 
trouble finding the info I need on the s@h website.  So can somebody direct 
me to an equivalent of 'the idiot's guide to moving to BOINC'?  I can't 
find out if I have a BOINC account, I don't know if there's a method that's 
better for s@h classic clients than for newbies.  

I just want the quick-and-dirty, if you don't mind.
