Okay, I'm trying to change the settings.  There is an option to whitelist 
a sender, but I don't know what, exactly, the sender's name is.  Who 
should I whitelist to get s@h posts?  

The first thing I want to do is change my e-addy to my gmail address, I 
think.  Much less hassle.
