My computer auto changed to day light savings time here in the USA.But I
forgot about it in relationship to GMT time.I thought the computer at
work running my seti classic had a problem. It took 5 hours instead of
the 4 hours. Then I remembered the time change.Does Europe have a day
light savings time.
Here in the USA it was started to have more light for farmers and to
save on fuel with the sun setting later.

Actually, it was started in 1883 by the US and Canada railroads.

The EU's (and Australia's) time change is in late March.
