I had dial up [measely 5k d/l speed]with SETI classic and used seti driver to cache a weeks worth of wu's
I have dsl now but after a time with BOINC I decided to change my preferences to 5 days of work.
When I first started BOINC,I checked several times a day,tweaked my win98 to have very few programs running.But that fun wore off.Now I just get work every 5 days or so. I still check the pages every day after work for latest news.I read up on the science part of the seti.
