clearly give an answer, id there a fixed date for the turn off of

YES there IS a date for the cutoff!!!
NO it will NOT be met!!!!
YES Berkeley is TRYING to keep to a schedule!
NO it is not working!

Well if they are that organised, do you think they will be able to
spot when (not if) they find what they are looking for?

Maybe they already did but don't know it yet <G>
