If anyone is running Outpost firewall.

The ad blocking plugin will block download of the BetterBanner.jpg 
and you will not be able to get the rest of the downloads.

You must stop the ad plugin until everything is downloaded and then
you can start it again.

This assumes that SETI is UP !!
