I dl'd BOINC a month or so ago, and it was just sitting on my computer, not 
doing anything yet.  Suddenly a couple of days ago, SetiGate showed my WUs 
were taking half again as long to work, and BOINC is now showing that it's 
done a half-dozen WUs.  

How did it start up?  Are both WUs counted the same?  Should I stop one and 
just use the other?  What the yell is going on?
