It means you're being too impatient and you're getting told not to
pester with too many requests! (Or that you've already asked for too much.)
Gee... Folk have no patience any more (:-P)
Leave it for a while and various limits will time out and all will
settle down. If s@h is choked for the moment, then try attaching to a
second favoured project to share some idle CPU time.
If you're twitchy to hit the "reset projects" button. Then DON'T!!!
