The summer heat is upon me ... well, close anyway. I want to notch down the
processor time on BOINC's projects so that the 'puter doesn't generate so
much heat in hopes of keeping my A/C bill down. Ratcheting the resource
percent in the settings doesn't seem to have any effect. Any ideas or am I
stuck?
