Seti is NOT going down, Seti I, aka Classic, IS going down, Seti II,
aka Boinc, is up and running strong! Boinc for Seti II is actually a
misnomer since Boinc allows you to run multiple DC projects under it.

..which is precisely why I don't trust it, and have no intention of
migrating. When the software was written by boffins with only the benefit
to their one particular line of research in mind you could trust by their
motives that they wouldn't be fiddling in the background or sneak something
else in through the back door. With BOINC designed as an infrastructure
project with wider projects in mind, and based on commercial experience,
I feel that no longer holds true.
