Do I just start SETI four times and Windows allocates the work
automagically, or do I need to do something different myself?

Are you going to run Classic or Boinc? If Classic just get a hold of
SetiDriver and set the max cpu(the very top box) to 4 and the box just
under it to 8 or more. DO NOT click the processor affinity box, that
locks a particular workunit to a particular cpu and you really don't
care.
Ah. I've used SETI Driver since its early days; should have thought of
that! Thanks.

You do realize that Classic is closing, probably within 30 days?!
Yes, but I thought that if I can get 40 classic WUs a day out of four
virtual processors I might just get my 10K certificate before the
final curtian comes down!

Any thoughts on how to drive BOINC through multiple processors?

Thanks, Tom
Under your account in Boinc there is a setting for how many processors
to use, set it appropriately. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does
not but Berkeley is working on it and the later versions are better.
