Sorry... But you're not giving away any clues that might let anyone help you.

What OS are you running? What version of Windows...?
Have you checked the settings on your firewall and anti-virus?

A wild random guess is that you're running windows and that the windows firewall is blocking any internet access that Boinc attempts. You likely also have a "3rd party" anti-virus & firewall that is also blocking Boinc from working.

If so, then f/f George is by far a better help for you.
