I am glad the 'messages' were of value.. to finding out why I was having the
problem... I would have liked to have used bionc but it is was not that
important... when I do get a new computer I will have something to look
forward to...

Larry your problem is that Boinc now REQUIRES 64 meg of ram(memory)
free AFTER Windows loads. You probably have 64 meg of ram TOTAL on
your system, that is the error message you are getting, not enough
memory.
To uninstall the Boinc, or most any program, go to start, settings,
control panel, add or remove programs, and scroll down the list until
you find what you are looking for. BE CAREFULL, if you uninstall the
wrong program you could mess up your computer REALLY bad!!!!! Boinc
should only be listed once, click on it and it will ask if you want to
repair of remove the program. You CAN with Boinc ONLY click on the
installation program and it will give you the same repair or remove
options.
