For the past 218 minutes, the server machine has been either powered off, 
taken off line, or is in the process of rebooting. Please try back again 
soon.

Time here is 1500 UTC

There seems to be a problem sending WU results, the send-receive DOS box
times out.

- this seems to show a restriction in the bandwidth, and a drop in
connections (perhaps completely).

I now have several Classic WUs waiting to send from the UK.

Anyone else with this problem?
