There seems to be a problem sending WU results, the send-receive DOS box
times out.

Looking at the Cogent network stats at -

        http://fragment1.berkeley.edu/~cricket/inr-668-interfaces.html

- this seems to show a restriction in the bandwidth, and a drop in
connections (perhaps completely).

I now have several Classic WUs waiting to send from the UK.

Anyone else with this problem?
