Berkeley (SEI Classic) looks as though the BB link (Cogent) is down or
not working for other reasons. WUs not going through.

Anyone else with this problem, or is this the Classic shutdown?
No this is NOT the Classic shutdown, what is going on is that the
computer that handles the uploads and downloads is being SLAMMED by
the over 300,000 computers ALL trying to return completed units or get
new units.
