I decided to complete the WUs in my caches, and move over to BOINC when
all results had been sent. However, I thought I would go on a little
longer. Unfortunately, I can send results, but seem to be unable to
download more WUs.

Have they turned off the WU distribution server? If so, this may be the
wind down of Classic. BOINC will be hammered over the next few days?
