Hi,
suddenly I don't get any new work downloaded by BOINC because BOINC claims
the computer being overcommitted. I don't see any overcommitment. In fact
there has never been less work than now. I have already tried deinstalling
and reinstalling BOINC (4.45) to no avail. There are some errors in the
log file; I don't know how to repair. It seems to be a problem with BOINC
itself affecting not seti alone but all projets I attached. I would have
tried to reinstall BOINC completely from scratch to another partition (and
attach all projects again) but I don't want to loose the already done work
for climateprediction and don't know how to achieve this. Any help
please!?

these the reason?)

There ist one seti WU to upload (I know about the problems at seti), two
WU to complete (deadlines 29.07./02.08), one climateprediction WU
(deadline 31.01.2006), two Einstein@Home WU, no Predictor WUs (I tried
detaching and reattaching, no change). The machine will run out of work
today or tomorrow, I have set the preferences to 2,5 days of work and 4 GB
hard disk (Boinc uses about 1 GB now), there is plenty of space left.
Bye
Peter
I can't help with your problem but I'm running all the same projects. I've
been running SETI for quite a while, returned to climateprediction &
Einstein 2 days ago & created an account for ProteinPredictor at the same
time. Einstein has BOINC hung & is possibly what's using 100% of my CPU time
to do it.
