For 24 hours I've not been able to access my SETI classic page. When I
click the 'User' link in SetiSpy, which generates a link to:

http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/fcgi-bin/fcgi?email=me@myisp.com&cmd=user_stats_new

 I get:

"The requested URL /fcgi-bin/fcgi was not found on this server."

Any thoughts?
