I reinstalled my pc last week & SETI is the only project that I've attached 
to so far.

Although I attached to SETI without a problem, of the 5 day cache 
specified in my preferences I'm down to approx 1 1/2 days seemingly 
because I'm returning workunits but not requesting new ones, & no, I do 
not have that option selected on the projects page.

how that error occured.

At the moment I'm only attached to SETI & I'm down to 1 1/2 days work. My 
earliest deadline is 23/8/5. I can't see how I am overcommitted.

Forget about the workunit cache. I caught up after re-running the 
benchmarks. I'm still interested if someone can explain why I'm supposedly 
overcommitted.
