I would like to know what is the bond between BOINC and SETI ? Can you help
please, thanks.

Boinc is the new program that Seti runs under.
In the near future you will not be able to run Seti without it.
Currently, no-one who knows is saying for how long, Seti can be run as
a stand-alone program, but ONLY if you are ALREADY signed up and have
an account, you can run a program we like to call Seti Classic.
If you wish to run Seti now and do not already have a Classic account,
which I will assume by your question, you will need to download Boinc
and attach to the Seti project.
Here is the Seti Boinc page: http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/
