I have not received a work unit now for at least 2 weeks. Is Seti down?
Seticlassic is sending units,Seti Boinc has intermitant problems in the
last 2 weeks but I've had little problem with getting work. Check your
connection and project.
For me it's been a royal pain. I doubt I've received more than 10 WUs
this entire month. The system has been up and running with no
configuration changes, except for updating BOINC for many months.
Prior to August I was running about 24 to 25 WUs a day. Then nothing
for just over a week. Now it is just a trickle with just the
occasional WU up and down
I thought "classic" was going to end so I switched over, but had I
known BOINC was going to be so flaky (it ran good for a while) I'd
have stayed with the classic. I don't think I have any of my programs
of directories any more. I had my own programs to queue up the WUs and
kept a weeks worth on hand. It worked without a hitch. I think I
flushed all of that long ago. If there is anything left it is by
accident, but I think maybe I'll see if I can find one of them.
