Every week we have a different problem. Personallym I seriously doubt
the competency of the individual(s) running these systems! There is

When you consider that the compentency comment above is a criticism
posted by a newbie in HTML, it is hard to say which pot is calling the
kettle black. 
 

What does HTML have to do with all of this?
